Services
Everything your cloud needs, under one roof
From the first architecture diagram to the pipeline that ships on Friday afternoon without anyone holding their breath.
AWS Cloud Architecture
Well-architected environments designed around your actual workload — multi-account structure, networking, security boundaries and a cost model that still makes sense at scale.
DevOps
Day-to-day operational care: observability, alerting, backups, disaster recovery and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps production boring.
Software Engineering
Hands-on engineering support where infrastructure meets your product — serverless services, internal tooling and integrations built to the same standard as the platform.
Full SDLC Support
Environments, branching strategy, release process, QA gates and rollback plans — support across the whole software development life cycle, not just the deploy step.
Automation & IaC
Terraform for everything. Repeatable environments, reviewable changes, no click-ops drift and no undocumented resource anyone is afraid to touch.
CI/CD
GitHub Actions pipelines with OIDC authentication to AWS — short-lived credentials, no static keys, fast feedback and deployments your team can trust.
DevOps AI Agents
AI agents watching the state of your environment: drift, cost anomalies, failing health checks and security findings surfaced early — and triaged before they reach you.
Security & Cost Control
Least-privilege IAM, guardrails and budgets wired in from day one, so security reviews and invoices both stop being a surprise.
Why us
One-man army DevOps
A boutique setup built for small and medium companies that need senior cloud engineering — not a fleet of consultants.
You talk to the engineer
No account managers, no ticket queue, no knowledge lost between three layers of handover. The person answering your message is the person building your infrastructure.
Cost-effective by design
Good architecture, aggressive automation and AI agents doing the watching means one engineer can cover what usually takes a team — and your AWS bill is treated as a design constraint, not an afterthought.
Secure and reliable by default
Least-privilege access, encrypted state, isolated environments and tested recovery paths are the baseline, not a phase-two upgrade.
Everything is code, everything is yours
Your infrastructure lives in your repository, in Terraform you can read. No lock-in, no black boxes — if we part ways, nothing walks out the door with us.
Costs less than a team
One monthly fee instead of two or three salaries, and no agency in the middle taking a cut. Startups and small companies get senior DevOps without adding headcount.
Like a subscription
Pay monthly, not per project. Most of the cost is the first build, then you choose how much support to keep. If you outgrow one engineer, we help you hire and train your own team.
How we work
From first call to production
A short, predictable path — you know what happens next at every step.
- 01
Review
A free look at your current setup: architecture, security posture, cost drivers and the risks worth fixing first.
- 02
Design
A concrete target architecture with trade-offs written down, sized to your team and budget — not to a reference diagram.
- 03
Build
Infrastructure as Code, delivered incrementally in reviewable pull requests, with CI/CD wired up as we go.
- 04
Operate
Ongoing care: monitoring, AI-agent oversight, cost reviews and improvements — with a monthly report you can actually read.
About me
The engineer you actually work with
I'm Mateusz — a DevOps lead with a strong software engineering background. I started out in 2018 writing and testing Java and Python applications, then followed the code downstream: into the pipelines that ship it, and into the AWS infrastructure it runs on. Today I lead DevOps at a software company, responsible for cloud infrastructure, architecture and security across its own AWS accounts and those of the clients it builds products for — several teams at once, and a DevOps practice I grew from one person up.
The projects have sat at both ends of the scale. Small, deliberately cheap applications that let a startup launch fast without overpaying for infrastructure it won't need for another year — and global platforms serving billions of requests, where one careless architectural decision shows up on the invoice every month for the rest of its life. Award-winning applications among them, alongside the unglamorous ones whose only job was to stay up.
That whole path is the point. Having written the application, built the pipeline and looked after the infrastructure underneath it, I can cover on my own what usually gets split between three people — and I know which corners are safe to cut and which ones bill you back later.
